York Creek Apartments partners with Wedgwood Christian Services offering a York Creek after school program and counseling services. Kentwood Community Church
Woodfield Apartments has donated a building for the Kentwood Community Church to use to promote an after-school mentoring program and establishing the Kentwood Campus.
More-Self-Less
Land & Co. has a continuing partnership with More-Self-Less. Each year we sponsor families and donate hats, mittens, and toys to children during the “I Dream Beautiful” Christmas event where families are given a special night filled with joy. Land & Co. has worked with More-Self-Less and the “I Dream Beautiful” event since 2011.
