When you move into an apartment found on "www.landcoapartments.com" we'll write you a check for $150!
You must submit your $150 claim within 60 days of moving to your new apartment home.
Your name must appear on the lease agreement as a leaseholder.
You must sign a 1 year lease, move in to your apartment home and reside there for more than 91 days or the $150 is refundable to "www.landcoapartments.com".
You must sign a new lease at a property you found on the Land & Company website.
A $150 check will not be granted for renewing an existing lease. If you (or anyone leasing with you) have signed a previous lease agreement you will not qualify to receive the $150. If you found the property using services or persons other than "www.landcoapartments.com" with a guest card as proof, you will not qualify to receive the $150.
When visiting a property, you or your leasing agent must put in writing that you used "www.landcoapartments.com" to find your apartment. It is very important to let the property's leasing agent know you found their listing on the Land & Company website by writing "www.landcoapartments.com" on any and all paperwork you are asked to complete (such as a guest card or lease application). Without this written proof that you found your apartment through the Land & Company web site, you may jeopardize your ability to collect the $150.
Only one person per lease is eligible to receive the $150.
Only one $150 will be granted per lease signed. If different co-signers of the same lease submit seperate claim forms requesting $150, it will be divided equally.
www.landcoapartments.com is operated by Land & Company; all references to "www.landcoapartments.com", "we", or "us" include Land & Company. More info about Land & Company can be found here.
The $150 claim is available for renters who may have previously lived in the property listed on their claim form.
The $150 is available for renters who may have previously lived in a property related* to the property listed on their claim form.
The $150 is not available to renters who are current employees of the property listed on their claim form.
The $150 is not available to renters who are current employees of a property related* to the property listed on their claim form.
The $150 is not available to renters who have been referred by an apartment locator or a resident of the property.
Payment of the $150 is subject to confirmation from the property´s management that has become a leaseholder.
* A "related property" is a property that is owned and managed by Land & Co.
