Flexible lease terms allow for the stay that fits your needs. Fully-furnished suites are available for weekly or monthly stays ideal for those who need a shorter term lease with all the comforts of home. 

Each building has laundry facilities on the first floor for all your laundry needs and intercom access to the buildings help you know when your guests have arrived and our onsite playground is only a short walk. Each resident at York Creek Apartments also receives a free gym membership at our partnered gym where you have access to a versatile offering of cardio machines including treadmills, elliptical trainers, stair climbers, recumbent bikes, and upright bikes. York Creek Apartments has been a proud sponsor of the Northwest Youth Soccer Association and their team, Northwest Wolfpack, since 2011. The goal of the volunteer-run NWYSA program is to provide children a fun time within a teaching and learning environment no matter the child's abilities, providing each child the opportunity to learn the game of soccer through the development of individual skill, fitness, teamwork, and fair play. Everyone’s help is needed to create a positive experience where children can learn the importance of teamwork and good sportsmanship while at the same time learning to play the game of soccer.
